We grow on our own farms and have some close partners that contract grow for Matso too. Our farms are in England, France,  Portugal and Spain, avoiding airfreight where possible and maintaining our LOW CARBON FOOTPRINT

Offering total control and traceability. We have year round supply of all our varieties, offering continuity throughout. We surpass our competition by having chillies when others don't!

Founded on the supply of whole chillies, MATSO NOW PROCESS  chillies in  easy to use fresh formats for commercial use: Puree; Boats; Chop; Slice; Mash.

Whatever your taste, from mild, to standard through to the darn right outrageously hot we have the fresh chillies to fit your requirements. Matso have a broad customer base of supermarkets, catering outlets, processing and food industry, and catering sector.

We can supply many different types and varieties of chillies. The main types are available in both red and green colours, with excellent shelf life.
